Our AI Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoPilot ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our AI-powered chat service and related services (collectively, the "Service").
AI Technology Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and understand that the Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process and respond to user inputs. The AI system may:
- Produce incorrect or incomplete information
- Generate unexpected or biased responses
- Misunderstand context or intent
- Experience technical limitations or failures
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoPilot, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Service Description
CoPilot is an artificial intelligence-powered chat service that provides conversational assistance, information, and guidance. The Service uses advanced language models and machine learning technologies to process and respond to user inputs.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service, complete accuracy of AI-generated responses, or suitability for any specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, lost profits or data, service interruptions or failures, or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for content shared with the Service, actions taken based on AI-generated responses, verifying critical information from authoritative sources, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content shared with the Service. The Service's AI-generated content is our intellectual property, subject to fair use principles.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting updated terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by United States law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
